Hello from Athens!

Some words from Agency Founder and Director, Andy Donaldson.

Myself and some of the team spent 3 days in Athens with an amazing client of ours, Ancient Greek Sandals and experienced some truly amazing Greek hospitality from some amazing people.

But the trip reminded me to keep a few things front of mind 👇🏻

• Seeing clients Face to Face is vital. Marketing is a results based business, but it's also a People to People business. Everything is easier to convey face to face...even more so than a regular Teams catch-up.
  
  

• As an agency responsible for revenue growth from A to B, understanding the clients' production cycle is just as important as their business model. Visiting factories and watching products being made in front of my face has inspired way more creative growth angles than I could have seen from looking at their website and simply talking to the client.
  
  

• We produced a record revenue growth year from this client over the past 12 months. We are already on track to witness the same growth again this year, and this trip has made me even more determined than ever to achieve this for them.
  
  

• Covid taught us to keep away from people. I think it's time we got back closer to people and start to rebuild relationships in person rather than through a screen.
  
  

• I feel blessed that we've created an agency that affords us the ability to decide on which clients fit us, just as much as the other way around. I'd rather continue to grow this agency under that mindset. This trip proved that when an agency is right for a client and the other way round, truly amazing results can be achieved.
