Revenue Growth Agency were tasked with exploring opportunities for a new route to market through Paid Social. Having been unsuccessful in running activity across social previously, Globe-Trotter were keen in testing a more holistic approach to this channel. Our 4 step Storytelling Framework was the perfect approach to assess the viability of Meta as a new effective digital channel. Making use of video assets and photography already available, a creative-led full funnel campaign was built within Meta targeting just new-to-brand customers. We used the brands unique story of heritage, longevity and quality as an introductory piece to new audiences and let them through a sequence of ad sets purposefully built to take the user on a journey through Globe-Trotters products and ethos before conversion. Meta's Advantage+ Shopping Campaign type was the ideal vehicle to serve these ads; allowing the algorithm to learn from 1st party customer data and actively seek out opportunities and new audiences both in the UK and US.
The results
We saw results almost immediately from campaign launch achieving an impressive 15X ROAS within the first 14 days. Since, we maintain a healthy 3X ROAS or above on new customers exclusively and also see the halo effect of paid social on other channels within Globe-Trotters entire marketing strategy.
